Yoshinee undertakes work in all areas of the transactional practice of the firm, and focuses particularly on corporate and commercial law, financial services law, and banking and finance. 

In addition to her prior experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and insolvency law, she is also called upon to assist on matters of data protection and competition law.
