Mannish’s experience spans over more than two decades and is a well-known figure in dispute resolution. He regularly appears in civil, commercial, corporate and insolvency matters before the Mauritius courts and tribunals.

His practice also extends to advising on tax disputes and appearing  before the Assessment Review Committee, and assisting clients in proceedings concerning contempt of court, judicial review and injunctive relief.

In addition to his extensive litigation practice, he routinely advises clients on all aspects of their operations and is spearheading the development of the firm’s real estate and construction practice.
