We act for lenders, debtors, and insolvency officeholders (including administrators, receivers and liquidators) on enforcement of debts, schemes of arrangement, out-of-court debt restructuring, and winding up of companies. Where required, we work closely with insolvency practitioners both in Mauritius and internationally on cross-border insolvencies.
